What’s worse than flipping a 200lb+ tire over and over again? Doing a Bear Crawl around the tire after every rep! See how quickly you can do 25 reps!
Heavy tire flips require a unique combination of functional strength, power, and technique. They’re big, awkward, and they don’t want to move for the most part. This workout takes the strength and endurance needed to repeatedly perform tire flips and adds an even tougher component. After each tire flip, get on the ground and do a Bear Crawl around the tire. Do 25 reps total and you’re done!
