Tips

Step 1: While Standing, lift your right leg out to the side and place a 90-degree bend in your knee.
Step 2: Perform cross body crunches, balancing on your standing leg throughout the exercise.
Step 3: Pause and return to the starting position, and then repeat on the other side.
