Quick Double Kettlebell Workout
The Double Trouble Kettlebell Workout is just what it sounds like… hard work! This double kettlebell workout requires both strength and mobility to perform correctly.
Make sure you’re strong and skilled enough for each exercise. Start with a light weight and build up after each circuit. Perform the entire set as a circuit and repeat 5 times, resting 30 seconds for each set.
