Anyone can walk a mile, but can you do it with 50lbs on your back? Add 25 weighted push ups every quarter mile and you have yourself a workout! See if you can do this workout challenge in under 20 minutes.

Instructions

Load a backpack with 50lbs and find a trail! Map out each quarter mile mark and perform 25 push ups without removing the weight at each stop.
