Everyone knows how awesome Pull Ups are, but with a simple progressive set you’ll never look at them the same way again. This quick pull up workout will have you begging to let go of the bar.

This pull up workout requires you to hold onto the bar without stopping. Each exercise gets somewhat easier, but combined they will have your body shaking and grip screaming. Do the exercises as a continuous circuit without letting go of the bar. Rest 60 seconds between each set for a total of 5 times through.
