Double Dumbbell Arm Workout
If you don’t have much time but want to pump your arms like nothing else, this quick double dumbbell arm workout will do the trick. Five exercises in one nonstop killer circuit.
Try to do this 5 exercise double dumbbell arm workout as quickly as possible while maintaining good form. If possible, try to use the same weight for all exercises, AND DON’T PUT DOWN THE WEIGHT until the whole circuit is complete. Perform the circuit 5 times resting a minute or two between sets.
