After you get used to making them everyday, you may start to get fast and loose with the ingredients. Don’t do this! Some of the ingredients, like peanut butter, pack in a ton of calories into very small portions. Peanut butter contains an average of 188 calories in just 2 tablespoons. Have you ever really paid attention to how much a tablespoon contains? Not much! Double that “on accident” and you just downed about 400 calories, not including everything else that goes into your meal or smoothie!
For the first few weeks, actually use the proper measuring instruments to ensure that your portions are correct.
