HIIT, High Intensity Interval Training, combines fast sets with short rest periods. This HIIT Sprint workout may not feel like 10 minutes while you’re doing it, but that is all the time you need.
The HIIT Sprint workout will be a shock to your system if you’re not used to this type of training. Be sure to warm up prior to starting it and cool down for a while afterwards. Repeat the whole set 10 times resting 15 seconds between each set and exercise.
