This Bare Necessity Ab Workout is quick, requires no space, and no equipment. There is no reason not to do at least this workout today.
No matter how busy you are, there is no way that you can’t find 5-10 minutes to do the bare minimum to enhance your health with a workout. This is the first of many Bare Necessity workouts and involves three exercises done in a circuit for time. No matter where you are, you can do this ab workout. Repeat this set 5 times resting as little as possible.
