Barbell Burner Workout
All you need for this workout is a barbell, a 20 meter stretch of turf or rubber, and an iron will to complete it without stopping. Don’t go too heavy because you’ll regret it!
This workout is deceptively simple. Load up your barbell with at least half of your bodyweight, count out a stretch of 20 meters, and get to work. Try to rest as briefly as possible, but make sure you maintain form. Drop the weight down to the barbell itself if you have to, but try not to rest more than 30 seconds at any time.
