Tips

(1) Bend at the hips and try not to bend your upper back or lumbar.
(2) Keep your shoulders back and chest up while you lift.
(3) Fully extend your arms to lockout with each rep.
(4) The barbell should end up an inch or so from your knees at the bottom of the rep.
