Pineapple Chunks- 1 cup frozen or fresh 
Spinach – 1 cup fresh and chopped 
Banana – 1 medium size 
Almond Milk – 1/2 cup or 4oz 
Alkaline or Spring Water – 8oz 
Cinnamon – 1/4 teaspoon 
Himalayan Pink Salt – 1 pinch
