When you have a kettlebell, you don’t need much else to finish your workout strong. This 10-minute kettlebell finisher workout involves 3 exercises that will engage your entire body. Perform it as a circuit with the kettlebell in one arm, then switch sides. Perform the circuit 5 times through resting briefly after you do each side of your body.
